Shipping Policy

We offer SAME delivery services all over the GTA:

  • Within 24 hours: Hamilton, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, and Cambridge area

  • Within 48 hours: All over Canada

Orders received before 12 PM Eastern Standard Time, will be processed and shipped on the same day. Please note that if an item is backordered you will be notified via email. For items that have a White Glove delivery option such as the hospital beds, once the order is placed a member of the MedNation team will reach out to schedule a time for the delivery.
